Welcome to the Website of Westminster House Youth Club!

Westminster House Youth Club, situated in Nunhead, South East London was established in 1889.  Today the Club serves a diverse and vibrant community of young people and has the following main aims and objectives:

bulletTo provide a safe, educational, building based project for the young people of Nunhead and surrounding areas;
bulletTo provide an in-house programme of activities designed to empower young people, enable them to make informed decisions and to meet their individual and group needs, by regularly involving them in the consultation process;
bulletTo offer young people opportunities to engage in activities which are beyond the realms of their usual inner city experiences;
bulletTo ensure that all our activities actively promote equality of opportunity for all our young people;
bulletTo actively seek partnership with other agencies to ensure a high quality of provision for our young people.

Opening hours               

Generic Youth Club:

Monday 6-9 pm, Wednesday 6-9 pm, Friday 6-9.30 pm. 

Tuesdays, Thursdays, Weekends and Holidays – variable

LEAP after schools project :

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3.30m pm – 6 pm.

Holidays – variable.

Fresh Start Project:

Tuesday 9 am – 1pm, Wednesday 9 am – 3 pm. 

Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme:

Wednesday 6 pm – 9 pm.

Weekends – variable.

Sports Leader Courses:

Variable.

Anti – Gangs Initiative:

Variable.
